i like wild animals. tiger, elephant, panda, polar bear, koala and dolphin! they are so lovely! there are so many animals live in the wild! i like them！but many wild animals are facing the danger of extinction. for example, with the development of cities, their living areas have become narrower and narrower. many of the wild animals, now are confronted with food crisis. at the same time, man is killing them just for getting their fur, skin, teeth and meat.

protect them, protect our resources of ecology too. all of us should realize that the loss of any species is the loss of ourselves. killing wild animals is prohibited. we should say —no！to leather clothing. we should say —no! to eat them. we should set up many national parks. let them live there, happy and safe.

wild animals and us are members of the planet!

good morning, my dear teachers and friends! my name is li bingke, from class four o five. today, i am very happy to be here. my topic is —our school.

my dear friends, welcome to our school! my school is very beautiful! it has a big playground. we can play and do some sports there. near the playground, there is a garden. many trees and flowers are there. so the air is very clean and we can hear birds singing in the trees. it is so wonderful. our teaching buildings are around the garden and look like our teachers’ arms to welcome us. we can draw pictures in the art room on the first floor and read story-books in the library on the second floor. my classroom is on the third floor. it is clean and bright. we like to study in it. the computer room is on the fifth floor. we can sing and dance in the music room on the sixth floor. what a lot of fun! we can have lunch in the canteen near defang teaching building.

in our school, our teachers work hard and help us with our lessons. we study hard and listen to teachers carefully. after class, our teachers play with us and we feel very happy.

good afternoon, dear judges. today my speech is “i love black-faced spoonbill.

on a beautiful winter day, i happened to meet the lovely spirit.

black faced spoonbill, a type of migratory bird, which spends winter at hong-shu-lin in my city every year. covered with snow-white feathers, it has black legs and a black beak. besides the blacks and whites, an amazing splash of yellow is under its neck. so elegant that i couldn’t help loving it at first sight.

with a big and spoon-shaped beak, it can clasp fishes easily, which makes it a powerful hunter in birds.

however, with human expansion and pollution, only around 20xx ones are living all over the world.

like the eleven swan princes in andersen’s fairy tale, the black faced spoonbills have always been struggling to find a tiny rock which can offer them a momentary tranquility. fortunately, they have found one in my beloved home. i would always hold them dearly to my heart and wish they would return with flocks of chicks in the following years, and singing…

oh, i have a home, such a beautiful home, where i play and rest happily.

well, what a wonderful topic! how i wish it could become true now! oh, a famous person, but if it did become true, i would fly to the war-torn iraq right away. why? i would go to meet the people there who have been afflicted by famine and devastation. i would work as a goodwill ambassador and try my best to raise the public awareness of the plight faced by people in iraq.

too many times, i saw the bloodshed in baghdad, the tears on children’s faces, and the desperation in mothers’ eyes, i can’t help crying. the war was called "iraqi freedom", but the true freedom can’t be given. freedom is like the seed upon the wind, taking root in many nations, sprouting, blooming with the care and love, no fighting or gun. everybody dreams of doing great things, but everyday we are called to do small things with great love. therefore, i am always ready to give my hands to those who need them. i am confident that my hands with all of the loving hands in this world would bring peace and happiness to the needed. and if i became the famous person, my hands would reach further.

i do hope iraq will not be enveloped in smoke again, and the splendid sunshine could warm the frozen land. no sirens, no fears and smiles will shine through over these tearful faces and all of these would never be taken away.

我希望巴格达不会再被硝烟笼罩，灿烂的阳光将温暖这寒冷的大地。不再有警报，不再有恐惧。发自内心的笑容会再次绽放在人们流过泪的脸庞，但再不会有什么把这笑容带走。
