二、保证人自愿为乙方领用_________卡进行担保，并承担连带责任，保证人应如实向甲方提供有关资料，同意甲方向有关部门、单位或个人了解本单位的资信情况。甲方应为保证人保密。

三、保证人中途不愿继续为乙方保证时，须向甲方提出书面退保申请，待乙方使用_________卡的债务全部清偿完毕和乙方的全部_________卡失效45天后，其担保责任方可解除，否则，保证人仍负有连带保证责任。如因法律原因导致乙方对甲方所作的清偿无效，保证人仍须承担连带保证责任。
