故而，双方经友好协商对剩余款项的支付事宜达成如下补充协议：

1.        同意免除自20__年1月1日起至20__年12月31日的授权使用费81,666美金；减免之后，camsing应付的款项为163,334美金（计算方式：245,000 -81,666=163,334）。同意，按本协议约定支付减免后的授权使用费163,334美金后，不再向主张任何费用，包括但不限于授权使用费、违约金等。

4.       应严格按照分期付款计划执行，如有一期逾期支付则视为违约，届时剩余应付款项的支付期限立即到期，并且原先减免的20__年度81,666美金的授权使用费不再减免，将一同并入应付款项由立即一次性全额支付，同时，还应按未付款项总金额每日万分之五的标准向支付逾期付款违约金。

说说我对外企面试英语体验课的感受吧。说实话，在大二的时候，因为专业是学的国际经济与贸易，所以学校特意为我们开设了商务英语写作课程，老师曾经在宝洁工作过，也在美国留学过，而且我们用的教程也是英文原版的商务教材，所以对于一些外企面试英语和一些商务英语方面也算有了初步了解。但是这次在网校的外企面试英语体验课却给了我全新的感受。

这节体验课主要是说外企的求职信应该如何去写。没有专门学习过商务写作的同学可能会觉得，不就是一份短短几页纸的英文求职信，有什么难的？要知道，雅思的essay可是比这个难写多了，我都搞定了，一封小小的求职信，还不是小菜一碟？如果你也是这样认为的，那可就错了。

一份cover letter并不是我们认为的那样容易。首先，在写求职信的时候需要考虑职位是否符合我们的要求，一切都要紧扣job description，一些加分的工作技能也是很有必要的。就是人家要求啥，你就会啥，这样人家才会看你的求职信。如果你会的都是人家不需要的，那么就不会是一封成功的求职信。

求职信的呼语很重要。如果不甚弄错了称呼，hr对应聘者的印象就会大打折扣。对于亲密的朋友如何称呼，正式场合下如何称呼别人，话说我之前还真的分不清，直接都是dear xxx一语带过。如果不清楚看求职信的人是谁，呼语就不要加职位称呼。

再来说落款，我之前写信都是用yours xxx，但是听了dolly老师的系统介绍，我才知道这个称呼落款是私人信件常用的。而在求职信这样比较正式的情况一般不用。并且，英式说法和美式英语的落款说法也是不同的。如果你应聘外企的时候，不知道对方是老美还是老英，最好还是直接用“sincerely，”比较好。

总之，关系远近、亲属、正式非正式场合的称呼和落款都是不一样的，这一点我以后再也不能小瞧了。说不定，仅仅是因为称呼的错误使用，就导致满盘皆输那就不划算了，所以在这里也希望看文的大家以后可以注意这个问题。

接下来就是求职信中正文的写作了。分为三个小段来写。首先第一段我们要写明应聘职位和获取信息的渠道。要开门见山，这会让hr知道你获取信息的渠道。如果hr知道大部分人都是在哪个地方了解应聘信息，也会方便hr以后加大力度投放广告在那个网站，间接帮助了hr的工作，也会增加hr的好感度。不需要吹嘘hr或者公司什么的，这点和我们中文的求职信有一些不同。一定要表达对职位的强烈兴趣。接下来的一段要介绍工作或者学习的经历。这个经历每个人都不同，把我们自己最擅长的也是和应聘职位密切相关的写上就好，不需要长篇大论。因为我们可以想见，成百上千份简历，hr并没有那么多的时间去看我们的长篇大论，挑重点和职务紧密相关的经历，不仅会使自己脱颖而出，也会增加我们面试的成功率。最后一段，当然要说我们对于职位的渴求，写写未来的期许。

首先是国外的英文简历一般都尽量不写性别、年龄和种族等涉嫌个人隐私的信息，因为从法律佣工角度，这些信息是涉嫌用工歧视的，招聘单位一旦被诉在招聘中涉及性别歧视、年龄歧视或种族歧视等有违法律条款的行为，是要付出巨额赔偿的，因为外国人认为一个应聘人是否符合某个招聘岗位的要求，是取决于应聘人的职业背景和职业技能水准，而不是上述信息。但是对在国内的外企，你还是把上述信息、包括你的户口所在地，都老老实实地加在英文简历上吧。咱们不认为这是歧视。

英文简历用词

- 结了婚是married, 未婚就是unmarried? 偶尔看到有人写上single会倍感安慰

- 个性有闯劲，最好还是不要用aggressive，中文感觉还可以但其实英文里这个词是非常负面的，有暴躁的意思，不是优点。用energetic或者spirited比较好

- 英文和中文一样，标点符号后要空一格，不要所有句子挤在一起

- 很多人喜欢在写职责范围的时候写上be responsible for , 文法上来说是不需要的。这些事情是你已经做过的，直接说 responsible for all outgoing couriers 就可以了

- 英文有很多缩写，但是在像简历这种正式场合还是少用为妙，比如dont可以换成do not，千万不要用那些wanna, gonna来代替want to, going to

用招聘网站的模板可以比较轻松，不过切忌检查错别字，因为模板上的是没有拼写检查的

英文简历格式和页面

- 写完后一定要去页面设置去除多余的空白页面，或者是orphan和widow现象，也就是单句的句子在页面的最上面，最好是合并到前一页

- 记得调整字体和大小，有些人的简历除了不同颜色以外还用不同字体，就像是在不同网站上粘贴过来的，非常不专业。

- 简历最好不要超过3页，言语要精简，最忌讳像论文一样，但是没有重点

- word本身带有拼写检查，你这里满页都是红线，我这里看到的也都是红线

(19) 不可抗力：卖方对由于下列原因而导致不能或暂时不能履行全部或部分合同义务的，不负责任：水灾、火灾、地震、干旱、战争或其他任何在签约时卖方不能预料、无法控制且不能避免和克服的事件。但卖方因尽快地将所发生的事件通知对方，并应在事件发生后15天内将有关机构出具的不可抗力事件的证明寄交对方。如果不可抗力事件之影响超过120天，双方应协商合同继续履行或终止履行的事宜。

force majeure: seller shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performance of entire or portion of these sale contract obligations in consequence of force majeure incidents: flood, fire, earthquake, drought, war, or any other matters couldn’t be foreseen or controlled or couldn’t be avoided. but seller shall inform the incidents to buyer immediately, and shall delivery the certificate of force majeure incidents issued by related organization within 15 days after the incidents happened. if the incidents influence more than 120 days, both parties shall negotiate to decide whether to execute or terminate the sales contract.

(20) 仲裁：因履行本合同所发生的一切争议，双方应友好协商解决，如协商仍不能解决争议，则应将争议提交中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会（北京），依据其仲裁规则仲裁。仲裁裁决是终局的，对双方都有约束力。仲裁费应由败诉一方承担，但仲裁委员会另有裁定的除外。在仲裁期间，除仲裁部分之外的其他合同条款应继续执行。

(21) 本合同为中英文对应，一式两份，买卖双方各执一份；合同自卖方签字盖章、买方签字后生效（传真件以及扫描具有正版相等法律效应）。
