4相关要求及程序

4.1驾驶人员安全操作规程

4.1.1保证叉车的清洁卫生，定时对叉车进行清理与保养；

4.1.2严禁酒后驾驶，行驶中不准吸烟、饮食和闲谈、打手机。

4.1.3严禁酒后开车。当司机身体患有疾病或过度疲劳有碍行车安全时，不准驾驶车辆；

4.1.4不准穿拖鞋、高跟鞋驾驶车辆，着装要符合安全要求。

4.1.5叉车司机不准擅自教别人驾驶叉车。

4.1.6行车中车辆不得突然紧急制动，不得做之字形行使，不准超过限速规定行使。

4.1.7驾驶员应严格遵章守法，规范操作，安全行车。

4.2驾驶前的检查

4.2.1检查转向灯、刹车、喇叭、前灯、和反观镜是否完好；叉子是否弯曲、损坏及裂纹产生，检查启动、运转、制动性能、货叉、轮胎，使之处于完好状态。

4.2.2检查燃料系统所有管道、接头是否有泄露。检查燃料油、发动机油、齿轮油、波箱油、液压油油位及水箱水位。不足时应按标准要求或标准线增添后方可使用。

4.2.3驾驶员在作业前应检查车辆起重链、门架、装卸工具、螺栓等是否牢固；并且检查灯光、音响信号是否齐全有效，确认正常再启动操作；启动发动机后，听察发动机运转情况，检查各仪表的指示状况。

4.3驾驶规定

4.3.1使用叉车，一定要用叉车专用锁匙，启动后不允许拨出车钥匙，更不能用其它非叉车锁匙启动叉车，避免损坏车锁。

4.3.2启动叉车时，每次启动不得超过５秒钟，再次启动应隔１０～１５秒以上，若连续三次启动不成时应再隔５分钟。冬天启动时，应进行预热后再启动。

4.3.3当有机械问题不能自己进行修理的，需对行政部进去保修申请，并由行政部送外维修厂进行检查、维修。

4.3.4起步时要查看周围有无人员和障碍物，然后鸣笛起步。叉车在载物起步时，驾驶员应先确认所载货物平稳可靠。起步时须缓慢平稳起步。

4.3.5车辆与道路边缘应保持一定距离，以保障安全。在十字路口或其它看不见的地方，要减速慢行，并鸣喇叭；

4.3.6在潮湿、不平的地面行驶及转弯时，要减速；避免急转弯，避免在不牢固的物体表面行驶。

4.3.7当所装物料出现泄漏或翻倒时，应立即停止运行作业，叉车处于熄火状态。

4.3.8没有经过调度部门的允许，禁止叉车给其它部门（车间）装卸货物。

4.3.9车辆在运行中和尚未停稳时，严禁任何人上下车和扒车、跳车。除司机室外，车辆的其它部位严禁乘人。

4.3.10驾驶叉车时禁止用货叉举升人员从事高空作业，以免发生高处坠落安全事故；禁止使用单叉作业，叉载重量应符合载荷规定，禁止超载作业。

4.3.11叉车作业时禁止高速叉取货物，禁止人员站在货叉上；叉取货物作业时禁止人员站在货叉周围，以免货物倒塌伤人。

4.3.12叉车载物高度遮挡住驾驶员视线时，应倒开叉车；倒车时要发出倒车信号，由后轮控制转向时必须时刻注意车后的摆幅，车速要平稳，观察前后有无来车及行人。

4.3.13驾驶叉车在进出作业现场或行驶途中不得将货叉升得太高，要注意上空有无障碍物阻挡，禁止载物行驶中急刹车和高速转弯。

4.3.14驾驶叉车在卸货时的车速应缓慢平稳，注意车轮不要碾压扎带、托盘等其他物件，以免崩起伤人；卸货后应先降落货叉至正常的行驶位置后再行驶。

4.3.15叉车在完成叉货任务后，需将叉货区域内的扎带、托盘等物品整理完成，叉回至指定地方，码放整齐。

1.甲方的责任
