参观公司的收获：

传神的“精英榜”。上面有很多高效人才的照片，他们为公司所做的贡献都现在照片下面，各种专利和成就让人眼花缭乱，这些照片的背后显示的不只是他们个人的成绩，还有整个公司的强大。我深刻感受到了传神的精神以及让人奋进的企业文化。之后去看了公司的几个部门，或许是怕影响到公司的正常办公，还是由于翻译行业保密性的原因，我们只在大厅门口对公司内部观望了一番，这里请恕我直言不讳，第一眼看有点像网吧，大家并排的坐着，没有单独的小隔间。第二个感觉就是安静，大家埋头做着自己的事，到处都是敲键盘的声音。我觉得这便是翻译公司应有的模式，无论是催人奋进的企业文化，还是兢兢业业的工作人员，都有值得学习的地方。

培训的收获：

首先，改变了我对翻译行业的认知。以前一直以为翻译就是一个人一支笔的事。通过讲座，原来翻译是一个语言服务产业，翻译正在产业化，翻译出来的作品也叫产品。翻译公司完成翻译业务的过程就像是一条流水线，高效，快捷，一气呵成。翻译产业随着其他产业的发展而发展，一年比一年壮大。

其次，改变了我对翻译方式的认知。在学校里学翻译，总觉得翻译就好像是一个脑子加一只笔。讲座介绍了计算机辅助翻译软件，比如传神的icat，云翻译平台，火云术语库，语料库以及各种各样的小工具使得翻译的效率大大提高。加上翻译公司的分工合作，项目经理，专业译员和审校的角色分配，使得十几万字的巨大翻译量在短时间内便可完成。这种翻译模式符合了当今时代的发展要求。

最后，改变了我对法律和职业生涯的认知。从前总以为自己是学英语的，法律与我何干，但听过传神法务部长幽默风趣的讲解，举了传神几个血淋淋的法律案例，觉得不管是什么专业什么职业都应该要懂点法律，这样才能更好的保护自己，保护公司。职业生涯规划也加强我们要准备规划职业的意识，swot原则让我学会了做更加恰当的决定，对于即将步入职业生涯的我们，都是很有帮助的，早准备，早成功。

三、存在的不足及建议

虽说此次实习收获颇丰，但也存在几点不足。

首先，学校方面，安排的人数太多了。人数越多越杂，管理就越难，对实习公司的压力也大，传神公司也提过由于人数过多，有些培训项目不能进行，实习的效果也受到影响。建议学校可以安排分批实习，这样可以减少老师和公司的压力，提升学生的实习激情与实习效果。

其次，实习公司方面，讲座太多，实践太少。几天的实习下来全是讲座，我们也没能按照公司正常的制度上下班，一个讲座结束，一个上午或者下午就结束了，更没机会参与到公司的运作当中，一直处于观望状态。在其中一个关于计算机辅助软件cat的介绍讲座之中，其实可以配备电脑给我们，教我们操作，但由于人数限制，实践操作软件的机会也没有了，只能在“纸上”听讲话人“谈兵”。 建议实习公司尽可能多的提供实践机会，加强与学生的交流与合作，给学生表现和贡献的机会。

最后，个人方面，缺乏主动性。本次实习我觉得自己最大的毛病就是缺乏主动性，没有全身心投入到实习过程中，积极主动的去学习，去提问，去探索，一直跟着学校和公司的安排被动地走，空闲时间也大多待在酒店里，对于讲座上有益的内容没有积极的去消化，尤其是计算机辅助软件讲座之后，没有下载到自己电脑上仔细琢磨，只在讲座上了解了一下。 参观公司时有问题也没有提出来，最后也没有单独去了解，就这么不了了之，讲座中与发言人几乎没有交流，没有提出自己的问题，也就是没有进行仔细思考，这是对自己一种不负责的态度。实习之后我深刻反省，以后会纠正自己的态度，有问题就提出来，加强自己的主动积极性，而不是被动不负责不思考的去接受。

good morning, ladies and gentlemen,

last summer, i volunteered(动词) to work as an english teacher in a primary school for children of migrant workers. to be accurate, i didn't volunteer. i was dragged in literally. when my friends first hit upon the idea of this project. i was all against it. 'what?' to spend my vacation standing in the heat yelling at a bunch of nine-year-olds who couldn't even speak proper mandarin chinese? and besides. there's no pay for my toil. no. i am definitely not going. my friends twisted my arms to have me join them.

unexpectedly，the first lesson i taught turned out a lesson for me. the moment i stepped into the shabby classroom. i was touched by the loud, respectful voices in unison. 'good morning teacher !' instead of fooling around, the children were thirsty for knowledge and efficient in absorbing everything i was able to give them. this made me despise myself for i hadn't even prepared for the class. during the break. i leaned over the squeaky desk, chatting with a sweaty boy in the front row.
